Terms of ServiceTerms of Service (T.O.S) - Choky
1. By commissioning me, you hereby confirm that you are of legal age in your country, since art posted on my account(s) consists of NSFW content.2. Commissions (Artwork(s) I have created, either fanart or art with OC’s) will be reposted on different Art websites, like Twitter / Furaffinity and Facebook. You always have the possibility for the commission to be private.
Work in Progress pieces will be posted on Trello!3. You are allowed to repost* Commissions / Art trades / Gifts on various Art Websites.
As long as you keep my watermark on the drawing and don’t have the intention to sell my art to a third party for profit. By reading my terms of services, you acknowledge that the work purchased is a digital good, which you will receive via email at the end.
Therefore, printing and shipping is not a service I am offering.
(Official printing stores can do this at a much higher quality than I ever could)3.1 However, if you intend to sell your character, you are allowed to do that, as long as you credit me as the artist and keep the watermark.4. Things I will not draw are: gore, vore, zoophilia, scat, pedophilia and drawings that include hate speech, racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia and drawings with a political / religious leaning side.5. Respect and politeness are always important. If I have the impression that you are rude, broken my T.O.S or have any other malicious intent. I have the right to cancel the commission. If you already have paid and I have not started to work on your commission yet, you will get the full refund.
* Not started yet = Full refund
* Lineart = 75% refund
* Colored = 50% refund
5.1 You always have the opportunity to ask for a refund. I will not offer refunds after
the coloring process of your piece has been finished.6. I have the right to decline any commission, when I am not comfortable drawing it.
7. 50% of the payment is always up front, payment via PayPal only in EURO (€)
Other payment methods can be discussed individually.
I will only start working on your commission after either the full commission or 50% have been paid. If you have only paid 50%, I will stop working until the lineart has been done and only continue after I received the remaining 50%.8. Direct communication can either be through Discord,
Twitter or Telegram.
You can always ask about the progress on your commission! But it’s possible I won’t be able to answer directly from Monday – Friday, since I am also working full-time.9. A digital art piece of your character(s) is preferred: Reference sheet, other artworks, drawings etc. If that’s not available, try to be as specific as possible. If you have references for specific poses, markings, accessories send them to me ASAP! This makes my work much easier and you will receive your drawing much faster at a satisfying quality.10. You will receive sketches throughout the entire sketching process. Smaller changes are
always possible! Lineart can be changed during the lineart process, color during the coloring process etc.10.1 Changes (Pose, expression, character / environment) after the sketch and lineart
have been approved and the lineart is finished, require an extra fee to be paid (5€)11. By paying for your commission, you have read and agreed to my terms of services.Thanks for reading! Terms of services may be subject to change!
